Learning Modules
The learning modules consist of three phases, each with a set of certificate categories, programs, methods of training, and duration of hours. The program is designed to provide a well-rounded education in sustainable practices.

In phase 1, the learner will complete the Advanced Certificate in Applied Sustainable Practice, which includes 15 hours of core subjects and 15 hours of elective subjects, both delivered online. The learner will also complete 10 hours of online coaching and 10 hours of face-to-face coaching. This phase provides a solid foundation in sustainable practices.
In phase 2, the learner will complete the Professional Certificate in Applied Sustainable Practice, which includes 10 hours of core subjects and 10 hours of elective subjects, both delivered online. The learner will also complete 10 hours of online coaching and 10 hours of face-to-face coaching. This phase builds on the foundation established in phase 1 and provides more advanced training.

In phase 3, the learner will complete the Executive Master in Applied Sustainable Practice, which includes 5 hours of core subjects and 5 hours of elective subjects, both delivered online. The learner will also complete 10 hours of online coaching and 10 hours of face-to-face coaching. This phase provides the highest level of training and prepares the learner for leadership roles in sustainable practices.

Overall, the learning plan is designed to provide a comprehensive education in sustainable practices with a focus on the context of Apple. The plan includes a mix of online and face-to-face training and coaching to provide a well-rounded learning experience.

At the end of Phase 3, the learner will have the option to either submit a Project Paper or deliver a Presentation about their Sustainable Project. This assessment serves as a culmination of their studies and allows them to showcase their understanding and application of sustainable practices.
